One such port that caught our attention is the PlayStation version of Front Mission 1st, which was initially released in Japan on October 23, 2003. This release marked a significant milestone for the series, as it introduced new content and scenarios to play through. The game's success led to a direct port being developed for the WonderSwan Color in Japan on July 12, 2002.

In 2007, Square Enix Co., Ltd. released the Nintendo DS port of Front Mission, renamed as Front Mission, which included even more additional content than its PlayStation counterpart. The game was later released in North America on October 23, 2007, giving fans outside Japan a chance to experience the game for the first time.

Fast-forward to today, and we're excited to announce that Ports of Front Mission are set to release on June 30, 2023, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. This marks the third time a Front Mission title has been localized and published outside Japan.

To commemorate this occasion, Forever Entertainment has also developed and published a remake of Front Mission 1st, titled Front Mission 1st: Remake, for the Nintendo Switch on November 30, 2022. This remake offers a fresh take on the original game, providing fans with a new way to experience the classic mecha combat.
